The 'Highlander Lodge' was built at the end of 2012. It is a lodge style home that has views that are not to be duplicated! From most rooms in the house, you have amazing views of Breckenridge ski area. This home is roomy with three levels and is approximately 3500 square feet. For your comfort, this custom home features, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with high end finishes and custom tile work throughout. The main floor is perfect for gathering and entertaining with a fully equip kitchen. The home was just painted to ensure a bright, fresh, clean finish. There is a large roomy ski room provides ample room for multiple people to spread out and gear up for the slopes or for summer biking. This room is also a safe-area to store ski gear or bike gear and keep it warm/safe for the following day. The cozy wood-burning fireplace, wrap around deck, hot tub and superior views and setting in a quiet neighborhood in the woods are sure to help anyone relax! Located just minutes walk to the free shuttle bus stop into town or to the slopes convenience is at your doorstep. Hiking and biking trails are out your doorstep. The backyard is wooded and is full of areas for kids to explore. The log beds in most rooms give this home a cabin-like feel. Our home is perfect for a family get-away or for a vacation where multiple families want to build memories and come together. **1st floor: The first floor has a lower level door entry to the large ski room. In addition, this level has the laundry room/ mud room with a washer & dryer and a sink. This floor has one bedroom, one king and a full bathroom with large walk-in shower. In addition, there is a pull out sofa in the spacious open area before you proceed upstairs.

**2nd floor: This is the heart of entertaining! The second floor features a spacious 2 story great-room and kitchen built for entertaining! High end stainless steel appliances await you and granite counters! The wood-burning fire and picturesque large windows create the perfect mountain ambiance. In addition, a 47' flat screen TV and puzzle and games are here for your entertainment! This level also is home to the Master Suite with a queen size bed and ensuite. There is also a powde room (toilet).

**3rd floor provides 2 additional bedrooms. One with a queen-size gorgeous log bed, the other with 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds (sleeping up to 6 people). Another full bath, with shower/tub combo. There is a large loft area, open to below with a pull out sofa.

Off the 2nd (or main level) There is a huge wrap around deck overlooking the views of the slopes! A private hot tub and gas BBQ grill are located off the deck.

The backyard is an adventure for kids. A forest awaits and tee pee too!
