Sunnyslope is an OCEAN-VIEW vacation home in Crofton, Vancouver Island.

Our location is a great central spot to explore from Qualicum to Victoria to Tofino. Saltspring Island is a short ferry ride. Chemainus, Duncan and Ladysmith are a few minutes drive. (Or you could simply stay at Sunnyslope and relax, relax, relax.)

It is extremely well- appointed, with spacious living areas, decks and patios. Fully furnished with lovely, comfortable furniture. Truly 'homey'.

Fully equipped kitchen, even to crystal stem-ware. Lots of room to park your boat!

Quiet, restful, expansive but cosy.

Crofton is a village boasting a truly fine board-walk, beginning just below the museum and following the shore-line. Walk it when the tide's in and when the tide's out. At any time you may meet others enjoying the ambiance as you are. And you are always guarantied a friendly greeting. Even some pleasant and mutually gratifying conversation if you wish. Damage deposits are not normally required, but here again, may be requested.

Rates may be amended due to holiday week-ends , special events, etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation or to terminate any tenancy for just cause, and will refund all monies not already utilised by the tenant (cost of rental time realised).

1.) Cancellation of reservations will be as stipulated below:
A.) cancellation less than 30 days prior: no return of deposit.
B.) 30-60 days: a $50.00 service charge will be retained
C.) 60+ days: full refund
