The view was great
Not worth US Dollars, the TV did not work, the floor was very uneven the refrigerator door was backwards, very awkward, the beds were old and saggy, we ended leaving a day early.
Thank you David for your review,
To all guest,
Please inform me if the tv is not working, in this case I fixed it in less then ten seconds due to an incorrect button pressed, also please have the curtesy to inform me if your gonna show up 230am. If you will complain about what way my fridge opens I do not want you as a guest. Beds are comfortable as per all previous excellent reviews.
little cottage makes you feel at home.
All the amenities you need when one is on holidays. Cute little cabin where owners are friendly and most helpful. Stayed 10 nights and visited numerous attractions within the Avalon Peninsula. Located in the southern part of the peninsula, the ocean view from the cabin more than made up for the additional distances one had to drive to visit in the northern parts of the Avalon region.
Location, location, location!
This wonderful little cottage is situated on a beautiful ocean cove. You awaken every morning greeted by the sounds and sights of the ocean and beautiful Newfoundland. We totally enjoyed our stay here, and would return here in a heartbeat.😊
Great place to stay
This cottage is small, and cozy. It has everything you need, including an incredible view and the East Coast Trail right outside your door! Loved it!!!
Perfect place to stay.
A Nice Cottage excellent View.
Nice quiet little cottage right on the ocean.
Nice, clean facility with a great deck and an awesome view. During our stay we saw minke whales, puffins, loons and a seal just steps away from the cottage.
Just a few kilometres off of route 10 we found it very easy to get around to the numerous attractions in the area. South to Cape Race, Lighthouse Picnics and Bernard Kavanaghs in Ferryland. To the north the trip into St. John's was easy as was the drive to O'Briens Whale watching tour in Bull Bays.
We would recommend Brian's cottage to anybody wanting to experience a quiet, laid back Newfoundland vacation.

Ocean front cottage located 60 minutes from St Johns on the Irish Loop. Close to provincial parks, dinner theatre ,Colony of Avalon archeology site. Lighthouse picnics and the east coast trail. Watch the whales from the deck or the beach, which is only steps away.
