Welcome to our Kaanapali Royal Unit - We owner manage our unit.

The Kaanapali Royal is a quite and gated luxury condo complex located on the 16th fairway of the Kaanapali Royal Golf Course located across from Kaanapali Beach and Whalers Village.

Kaanapali Beach is consistently rated as one of the top beaches in the world. This condo is only 5 to 10 minute walk or a free trolley ride to the main shopping and restaurant centre of Kaanapali Beach - Whalers Village. Enjoy an updated 1,800 square foot condo at a rate that is substantially lower than the expensive beach front condos.

This large 1,800 square foot condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps 4-5. It has amazing views because it is on the top two floors of a 4 storey building. The top floor (4th Floor) features a large private master bedroom with a California King Bed and a large master bathroom with two sinks.

The lower floor (3rd Floor) features a large kitchen with stainless steel GE Profile appliances, dining and living room with a large lanai (balcony). On the large lanai, you can use the stainless steel BBQ and enjoy views of the pool, golf course, ocean, and neighbouring islands.

This fully air conditioned condo has free Wi-Fi and in room washer and dryer. There is also free long distance calling within the US and Canada. Enjoy the iHome stereo with iPod dock and large 55' LED Smart TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can think of including new stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee machine.

The Kaanapali Royal also features a pool, whirlpool, tennis courts, bbq and picnic area, along with secured and gated parking all located on 7 acres of beautifully manicured tropical grounds overlooking a golf course.

The Kaanapali Royal is only a 5 minute drive to Lahaina Town which has a waterfront full of shops and restaurants!

Beautiful condo in Kaanapali!

This was our second stay in this condo. It’s the best equipped condo I have ever stayed in. Everything you could need and more is there. Beautiful setting to watch the sunset. Thank you for adding the blankets/throws. Perfect for sitting and staying cozy. Hope to be back again some day. Aloha

Nice place in a nice location

This is a great place to stay while on vacation in Maui. The condo was very clean, bright and for a 2 bedroom quite roomy with a nice lanai. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils that you would need. Although we did not cook much it was nice to have a well supplied kitchen. The BBQ on the lanai was also top of the line and well maintained. The property was also well maintained and clean. The air conditioner is set at 72F minimum, which is a bit warm for us....but maybe it is just that we come from a cold place.

A great property.

This is our third stay at this lovely condo and we have never been disappointed. We would be disappointed were we not able to secure a reservation here for our next trip to Maui. Any unavoidable minor issues or questions that may arise from time to time with a rental property, are promptly and satisfactorily addressed by the owners who are very committed to providing a terrific stay.

Fabulous condo, amenities, location, view...you name it!

This was our second time staying at Curtis and Martine's vacation property....it is exactly what is pictured plus has more little extras that make a huge difference. We are a family of five with three school age children so appreciate their spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, sand toys, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs that are already at our condo! We have stayed at VBROs in other centres and no others compare to his one!

The kitchen is just as what you would find at home....with everything...tons of pots and pans (great quality), knives, spices, lots of plates, dishes, glasses, keurig coffee maker, serving bowls, bbq utensils, wine bottle opener, pasta pot, pasta colander, and the list goes on and on..... The balcony has a fantastic view....the last time we stayed here we could whale watch (this time it wasn't whale season) there is a lasrge table on the balcony with lots of seating for family meals (seats 6), a lounge chair on the balcony and seating for 2 at a breakfast table. AND the upstairs master bedroom also has an amazing view to wake up to each morning!

Closets have several hangers for your clothes, lots of additional bedding if you need it, there are storage buckets in both upstairs and main floor bedrooms (our kids used them to put their underwear and bathing suits that they tend not to fold).

The location is great --short walk (or drive) to the beach, to whalers village, there is a gym at the mini mall around the corner --which also has a general store for things you may need (more beach items, toiletries, cold treat for kids and cold drinks/wine for adults, can book tours or rent snorkel gear at another business in this mini mall, great coffee shop, pizza place, Mexican (I think) restaurant, etc. There is also more shopping located in right in Lahaina which is maybe 5 minutes away by car. We did much of our shopping at the Safeway there. Downtown Lahaina has many shops along the boardwalk/Front Street plus we discovered the outlet mall for a bit 'higher end' shopping if that suits your taste.

You feel safe in the location plus the island itself...walking or driving. Also the pool and hot tub at the condo complex is perfect. In addition to the Weber BBQ (extra filled BBQ tanks on the balcony were another thoughtful touch), there is a community BBQ area down by the pool where some gather for 'happy hour'.

The condo is very clean and well maintained...we highly recommend your condo! Thanks!

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The condo was spotless when we arrived and well stocked with all the necessities you could need. Just bring your food! Great location, close to everything but removed just enough to be enjoyable. We will stay again!

This condo is under new ownership effective July5th, 2013. Our family started coming to Hawaii a few years ago and Kaanapali Beach is our favorite area. Our family got their PADI certification at Kaanapali Beach and we enjoy all the different dive sites that Mauï has to offer. We love running on the 6 mile path on Kaanapali Beach and we always reward ourself with a coffee at Starbucks looking at the surfers. We like to eat in but we also love good restaurants. The Kaanapali Beach area is beautiful, safe, and loaded with things to do! And most of all, we love the consistent beautiful weather!

You are a 5-10 minute walk from Kaanapali Beach and Whalers Village. You are a 5 minute drive from historic Lahaina Town and its shops and restaurants. You are minutes away from other incredible beaches that have great snorkeling and paddle/boogie boarding.

We self manage our property and do not use outside managers so you benefit from owners that manage their property like it is their home - because it is!

What makes this condo unique

The unique benefit of renting our condo is that we have rented in this complex many times and we know what renters want! We have put a lot of work into creating the best possible Kaanapali rental experience. We want our guests to say that these owners have really thought of everything! Unlike some owners who never stay in their units, we live in this condo when we go to Maui so we have equipped it like it was our home.
