Ultra-luxe leathers paired with dark woods and glass and unique metal work to create the vibe of 1900s Great Britain, but with modern touches. From the new kitchen, to the sun-filled solarium complete with day bed and trundle,, and the deck overlooking the woods, this quiet condo offers an escape from today, but gives you all you need to stay connected. If you choose to venture out, you're minutes from all Charlottesville has to offer--a ten minute walk to Stonefield, two minute drive to Whole Foods, and two miles to UVA.
Light and airy, with ultra-high ceilings, a floor to ceiling brick mantle/chimney/fireplace, with a solarium with Day bed with trundle and lovely French doors, there are many spaces to sneak away, allowing this condo to support up to five people comfortably. It’s modern and contemporary, but without being antiseptic. The king-sized bed and super deep couches allow for plenty of opportunities to doze, while other folks enjoy the sound bar, flat screen, and high-speed wireless internet.
The whole space will be yours to enjoy—large, open living and dining space with vaulted ceilings, a solarium/office with French doors off of the living room, and a spacious master bedroom with a massive walk-in closet.
Interaction with guests
Having lived in Charlottesville for the last five years, I'm more than happy to offer any help desired, but am also willing to adapt my style to the needs of my guests. I'm usually available by cell, text, or email, even when I'm traveling abroad. Don't hesitate to reach out with any special requests or questions!
Other things to note
