This 5 bed/3.5 bath house is located just along the south side of fairway #1 of the Frio Valley Ranch golf course and sleeps up to 24.

Featuring spacious living, kitchen, and dining areas, and plenty of room to lounge and relax, your group will enjoy hours of entertainment at Texas Wedge!

Kids and kids-at-heart will love the full-sized arcade game console featuring everyone's favorite classic games. Once you've had enough screen time, enjoy a different type of view as you host a shuffleboard match while looking out over the expansive outdoor entertainment area. With an oversized, sparkling swimming pool, oversized tanning deck, and outdoor kitchen, your entire group can gather together for fun anywhere they choose!

Located less than 8 miles from Garner State Park and just a short drive to House Pasture for live music and dining or to the Frio Valley Ranch clubhouse for a round of golf, Texas Wedge is conveniently located near all the most popular Concan spots everyone wants to visit and enjoy.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this home! We loved that the house was 4 minutes from the river. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Killed several scorpions, no water after midnight, bring your own oven mitts!
My family had a terrifying experience during our weekend away from home. We had some issues, I called the number provided, I never received a call, email, nor text back from the agency taking cate of this property. The water was shut off at midnight and back on at 6am, we were not notified about this at all. I tried reaching out to the agency with no luck. Still I have not heard back from them. We had to use our drinking water bottles to flush the toilet’s and wash our hands after midnight. We killed several scorpions inside the bathroom, near the pool, and car port. I will not be coming back to this home.

Great House Away From It All
According to the owner, our group was the first group of vacationers to ever rent the Texas Wedge. This was a guys trip (12 of us) primarily focused on relaxing and playing golf. First, I will start with all of the good things about this house. The location is perfect! It's super close to Concan Country Club (but not too close) and sits on the first hole of the golf course. The back of the house is an oasis and is extremely secluded. The pool area is awesome and even has a large grilling area which we utilized every evening for grilling. We spent 90% of our stay relaxing out back at the pool. If that's your style, you will love this place. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are very spread out and we did not feel cramped at all. It's perfect for 12-16 people. Lastly, the golf course is extremely well kept and was so much fun to play. My recommendation for anyone looking to rent this house is to make sure to bring the following items: - Sheets and pillow cases (not supplied) - Towels (not supplied) - Everything you need to cook (including salt and pepper). They do supply pots, pans, and trays. - Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Dish Soap, Bar Soap, Shampoo, Paper Plates, Plastic Cups, etc. The only items that I think could be improved are: - Providing WiFi (currently none available) and I did not have cell service for 4 days (Verizon user) - Increasing the amount of channels available on the TV (currently 4-5 channels available) Overall, we LOVED our stay and will be renting the Texas Wedge house again next year for our annual guys trip.
