This home is meticulously kept, completely renovated in 2020, and ideal for a family getaway or two to three couples with kids. There are two Kings and 1 Queen Bed in 3 Bdrms, one being a master with private bath and patios, plus a sleeper sectional sofa in the living room, bunks for 2 and a Sleeper with gel mattress in upstairs sitting room sleeps 2. Large Kitchen with sitting area that opens to screened in heated pool with over 2000 sq ft of decking. Private lot in cul-de-sac. Fenced yard with back gate opening to back road straight into Seaside community and walkway to beaches, shops, and dining. Cannot get much closer to the beach without paying for beachfront.
4 backpack beach chairs, 4 bikes, Six Seater Gem Car

**Golf cart rental is not guaranteed. Should the golf cart need to be serviced a back up golf cart will not be provided and no compensation will be given.

Best kept secret!
Love this clean, comfortable house close to the beach in a quiet, friendly neighborhood! Fantastic host who truly does all he can to make your stay a wonderful experience! This was our 2nd trip here, & we plan to return.

Great location and very accommodating owner.
Everything was nice. The owner is about to update the wifi system. Great pool. Wonderful neighborhood and close to all the good places.

Perfect neighborhood
Two Scoops was perfect for our group. The golf cart was great. The location was perfect. So close to the beach. Having a pool was a must. The pool heater came in handy one night due to the drop in outside temperature. I forgot it was pet friendly and didn't bring my beagle. I loved the dog photo board upon entry.

Finally the perfect place!
We've been vacationing in the Destin/30A area for the past 10 years and had yet to find the place that was perfect for the entire family until this year. The spacious home, layout and location was exactly what we needed. Kitchen was large and well supplied. The second fridge was a nice bonus! The living area next the the covered pool and kitchen was so convenient. The garage was large enough to park our Tahoe plus the owner supplied GEM cart. The master bath and bedroom was really too big (but my wife loved it). The owner was easy to deal with and resolved a couple of small issues within a day which was super impressive and appreciated. All in all the perfect place for us. Will be looking forward to coming back to this spot or one of the owners other properties.

Favorite place to stay!
We stay in this area twice a year and this has been my favorite house yet! The house is spacious, clean, has awesome amenities…I can’t say enough good things about the house. The pool is great (we love that it’s heated) and the golf cart was really nice. The parking is just a little tight but we had 2 Yukon XL’s and were able to park both in the driveway. No complaints over anything. My entire family agreed this has been the best house yet and we can’t wait to stay here again!

My family has owned condos and homes in Seagrove nearly my whole life, and now I own 4 in the area, including my personal residence. Formerly a business owner, I left Nashville to pursue Vacation Property Management full time and live life in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. I take great pride in my properties and strive to create repeat guests that share my love for the area and my homes.

Why they chose this property

Great place perfectly situated in a cul de sac with lots of trees but just steps from everything you want. Lots of extras and has almost everything you will need as it was previously a full time residence. I frequently update the furniture, bedding and linens, as well as recently updating the kitchen, and painting the interior and exterior.

What makes this property unique

Most people feel the pictures don't do it justice, but if anything is not quite right when you stay I am just down the road.
