Park your car and take the gas golf cart less than 1 mile to the very popular Lake Sumter Landing. This home is beautifully decorated and has an open airy feeling due to the vaulted ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king size bed with private slider to the lanai and pool, as well as queen size beds in the each of the guest bedrooms. Covered lanai is a great place to start your day with a cup of coffee and the Daily Sun, or end your day with a good book and a cold drink. Newly painted driveway and new laminate flooring in the bedrooms. Plenty of outdoor furniture for entertaining!

***Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). You must check mark the appropriate box on the Vacation Rental Agreement. We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival. You will know that your ID's are ready and where to go to pick them up on day of arrival when you receive an email from us approximately a week prior to arrival.***

Awesome Location
This home is very convenient to Lake Sumter Landing/grocery store/club house etc…. The little pool was perfect for evening swims and the golf cart was used daily and made getting around super easy.

Excellent Property
Home was clean and stocked with everything we needed. From kitchen items, to linens, to pool floats, and the golf cart,.. the homeowners truly spared no detail. Pool was relaxing and warm. Pool temp stayed around 94 degrees even with rain every day. The gas powered golf cart was very much appreciated. Location of the home was perfect. The closest landing is Lake Sumpter but we visited the others using the golf cart as well.

Wonderful vacation property
Our original booking was canceled at the last minute and these owners were willing to rent their beautiful home to us on short notice. The home was very comfortable, well appointed and the location was ideal. We would definitely recommend this property.

Family Christmas gathering
We appreciated so much about this property. It was easy to find and in a central location in The Villages. The house was clean and very well equipped for cooking some delicious holiday meals. Unfortunately, our grandsons were able to enjoy the pool only once because it was unseasonably cold in Florida. Thank you for sharing your Villages home with us!
