Enjoy the Roanoke Sound Beach Access, which is the perfect spot for children, kayaking, or stand-up paddleboarding. The volleyball and basketball courts offer a little friendly competition, while the soundfront picnic area is the perfect spot for a family meal. For those who want to explore the water, the boat ramp on Albacore Street is just a short walk away, and soundfront pool usage is available for a nominal fee.
