This home has 3 bedrooms (plus 4th sleeping area) and 2 full bathrooms. The upstairs includes a spacious master bedroom suite, bathroom with new claw foot tub plus tile shower, large closet, washer/dryer and French doors that lead onto its own balcony. The main floor has two bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, living room with original pocket doors and sleeper sofa to create a “fourth” private sleeping area, formal dining room and full bathroom with hardwood floors throughout the entire house. The oversize kitchen features high end appliances, large granite island and French doors that lead onto a wonderful deck with outdoor furniture. The house has been recently remodeled including an updated kitchen and vintage bathrooms, new furnace, new plumbing -- comforts of the new and charm of the old! There is a driveway and garage for parking but a car is not necessary in this urban neighborhood!
