The house is located in the neighborhood Sertão da Quina - Maranduba.
The entire house holds up to 8 parked cars.
There is a barbecue area with a pool table.
3 bathrooms and a shower room.
Thinking of its convenience, in each bedside of double bed is installed two sockets, so that each person
you can have your exclusive outlet to charge your phone. On the twin beds there is also a socket point.
The whole house has 22 people, 16 beds, 5 extra mattresses on the floor and 1 sofa.
Extra mattresses ONLY should be used if you have more than 16 people in the house.
There are 4 of them underneath the single beds in the suite, leaning against the office table (black stone).
And another one under the double bed also in the suite.
All mattresses are delivered with waterproof and anti-mildew cover.
With this there is the need to bring bedding and pillows.
Pillow is something very intimate, so do not have them, but for the forgotten there are
4 pillows per house, but there is still the need to bring pillow case to them.
There are fans in all rooms, however there was put blanket and liner throughout the house,
which has left the internal environment a very pleasant temperature.
The house is 2KM from the beach of Maranduba and 5 minutes walk from the Correia waterfall.
You can walk on the 4 waterfalls in the area.
