This quality, two bedroom, three bathroom townhome is a quick 1.5 block walk to the Peak 9 ski area base, 2.5 block walk to Downtown and only steps from the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop. The mountain inspired decor, 1,800 square foot, multi-level townhome has an open design and features a living room focused around the gas fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD and ample seating on the plush, comfortable couch, loveseat or side chair recliner with the warmth of sunlight pouring through the large sliding glass doors that lead to the private deck with outdoor seating.
Just off the living room are the full service, beautifully decorated kitchen and dining area. The charming wood dining table has seating for five with dinnerware and glassware provided. The granite countertop, wood cabinetry kitchen has all state of the art, stainless steel appliances; dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator. If you're in need of a quick grab-n-go meal, belly up to the breakfast bar with seating for three. Either way you will enjoy a home cooked meal in the comfort of your own townhome. A unique offer with this unit is the private deck on the back side that houses the private hot tub and gas grill.
The master bedroom features new bedroom furniture including a King size pillow top mattress, 19 inch TV, private patio and spacious bathroom with double sinks, a jetted tub with a rain head shower encases by tile and glass doors. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with comfortable, plush bedding and yet another beautifully decorated, clean bathroom. With the additional sleeping space provided by a Queen sofa sleeper, the unit can comfortably sleep up to six people.
Other unit amenities include a full-size washer and dryer and a one car garage that compliment this charming property. Also guests of the Chimney Ridge townhomes can enjoy seasonal access to the Upper Village Pool Complex with an indoor/outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing tanning area for those sunny summer days.
