GRANDMA'S GET-A-WAY (Water Front property ) WIFI

This house sits in a very calm cove on the 87 mile marker on the Ozarks side perfect for tubbing little ones, riding wet bikes or just swimming or maybe a little fishing from our private covered dock. Your welcome to bring your boat, the boat launch is in Twin Beach just mins. From Grandmas Getaway.
Our favorite things to do are....Enjoy our morning coffee sitting on the patio just looking out at the lake. grabbing a fishing pole catching a few fish, going
for a little swim or maybe a boat ride. We also enjoy taking the paddle boat for a trip around the cove.
Grandmas Getaway is approx. 8-10 mins from Walmart and many restaurants.

at Twin Beach Boat ramp.
We have a place for trailers on the hill before you go down driveway to Grandmas Getaway. there will be other
trailers there as well. There is no good place to turn around if you pull your trailer to the house.

Empty all trash and place all trash bags in the trash can in front by tree. no loose or fish carcasses in trash can call upon departure 816-217-1996

Love grandmas getaway
House is clean and manager was very responsive, she even called to make sure we made it okay. The place is setup for fishing, the boat ramp and fish cleaning station was our favorite part. We came in late one night from fishing all day and were able to clean the fish easily as the dock has lights. It was awesome having the boat slip and waking up in the morning with the boat already in the water. The house is small but very clean and had all the extras provided (toothbrush, soap, even coffee). Nice grill if you’re not big into eating out. The ceilings are low so if your tall be prepared but we made it work and would definitely come back and stay again. One other thing is the address won’t come up on GPS but the instructions she provided were on point and got us there easily after we got started in the right direction. We even got to meet the neighbor dog (brown lab) he’s a sweetie and always seemed to know when we were cleaning fish 😆. I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks again for a great stay!

We got away at Grandma's Getaway!
It was a nice, secluded place to unwind and get away. The fish didn't cooperate as much as we had hoped, but the property was extremely comfortable!

Why they chose this property

Its in a nice location by water. The road leading to the house is a little rough, its like finding a piece of paradise.
This sweet little house sits in a cove off of the Osage arm. with a private covered one bay dock. About 8-10 mins from Wal-Mart, Gas and Restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The cove is calm. Just secs. from the main channel. Great spot. Please let owners know if anything changes from your request by phone ( the number will show up after you book) thank you.
