Beautiful two bedroom two bath executive condo and vacation rental centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Each bedroom has its own private bath. Private parking area for ease of access. Minutes from Downtown Anchorage and Ted Stevens International Airport. Abundant trails and parks in the area. Large front yard with fire-pit and charcoal grill. Conveniently located close the the city throughways for ease to head north or south of town.

Convenient location
Great starting point to adventures in Anchorage. Neighborhood a little rough. No fault to owners. The place was cute. Minor things like bathroom door didn't work properly, loud fridge. Overall, it was a convenient starting point

Just right for a party of 4
The location makes it easy to tour the city. We were able to easily access the points of interest (offered by The Trolley Tour) on our own and have many dining options. Having two bathrooms made it easy for everyone to start and end our days. It was lovely sitting outside until the sun set at 11:30pm. Close to the airport, too.
