During check-in, we may ask for a valid credit card for incidentals or room charges. Please let us know in advance if this is an issue. Paid parking for Sundials underground garage begins November 1, 2023 for $10 per day. Peak season parking, from December 15 to April 15, is $25 a day. QR codes are available throughout the garage to pay for parking.


The Sundial front desk is open varied hours throughout the season - standard hours are 9AM-5PM. If arriving between 5PM and 11PM, check-in may be at the Silverado Lodge. If arriving after 11PM and for assistance before the Sundial front desk opens in the morning, please visit the front desk of the Grand Summit before continuing to the Sundial Lodge.  Check-in instructions & location will be provided prior to arrival.
