This cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is conveniently located right in between the airport, downtown, and the ski resorts. It is a 10 minute drive from the airport as well as downtown SLC. Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude are all only a 30 minute drive. Deer Valley and Park City are 40 minutes away. There is covered parking in a parking garage and the place is fully furnished with all the necessities like shampoo, soap, towels, Wi-Fi, etc.

The condo is also close to both the Murray Intermountain Medical Center and St. Mark's Hospital and makes the perfect destination for medical students and traveling nurses who are planning on coming out for a longer term.

Nice location
This condo is in a good location. Very close to a variety of stores. About 30 minute drive to skiing, assuming no backups in the canyons. There is only 1 TV in the unit located in the living room and no cable or satellite service. This will be no problem if you have any stemming accounts because there is a Roku on the TV. The unit is kept in good condition, and a quiet area. We will defanitley stay again when we return to SLC.

Nice layout, older furniture, old small bathroom, no washer, no dryer
We enjoyed our time there. But the bathroom is very small and old. The master bed is very soft, so soft you kind of role together in the middle of the bed but we didn't mind. Kitchen is okay, you find all you need. We thought we could wash our clothes but no washer or dryer. The entrance to the lower parking garage isn't high enough for a medium suv or crossover car with ski box on top! We had to take ours off to park. The owner's are very responsive and friendly. The price and location to the Alta ski area were good. It was great to find some useful things in the kitchen cabinets like spices, coffee, zip lock bags, oils, oats. We had had a good time with our two teenage boys who had their own bedroom with two beds. The room with the water heater was ideal to dry the ski boots and gloves.

Very convenient for us
The condo was fine for us as we visited our son. Access to the condo itself is difficult with luggage, narrow passageways with lots of stairs. Condo was clean and comfortable. TV is pay per view only so no cable with local news or weather. A few deficiencies which we discussed with the owners so hopefully they will respond. But overall, the condo was fine for our needs.

Comfortable lodgings for 4 night stay
Close proximity to freeway and local conveniences. Cute decor, nice gathering room for a group. Nice open kitchen. Needs some repair work on the outside stair railing; falls apart when you grab onto it. If you intend to cook, it needs more pots and cooking utensils. Two flights of narrow staircases from the parking garage, also with broken railing.
