Kona Shores is a great location right on Alii Drive, a Hawaii Scenic Byway (Ala Loa Foot Trail). A lovely complex with an oceanfront pool & BBQ area for easy island living! Ground floor, end unit with easy access to Alii Drive and just one mile to downtown Kona, shopping, restaurants & beaches. This condo is thoroughly maintained and looks just like it did the day it was renovated. Enjoy a thoughtfully laid out floor plan that will give you space and comfort during your stay. The kitchen features full sized appliances; gas stove, ice maker, built in microwave, custom cabinets and granite counters. Stream all your favorite shows on our 4K smart TV (Wi-Fi included). There are tile floors and a split system A/C. Relax on the convertible couch and California king size bed for you to start and end your day on. Worry free assigned parking that is close to the unit. We fully enjoyed our stay. This place had everything we can think of, even beach chairs and an umbrella! The place was very clean, and the shower, the kitchen, the bed and the location were all great. The owner was very easy to connect and very helpful. There is no ocean view from the apartment, and there is a two-minute walk to the pool. It is a nice pool and free.

We've stayed at this property many times,the location is great, easy access to downtown. Our contact person Vickie is always just a call away and unit is very well stocked with everything you need. The bed is to die for with a full kitchen. All I can say unit full of ALOHA.

An excellent home base
Newly remodeled studio with everything you might need but didnt have want to pack such as cooler, chairs and towels for the beach. Kitchen well appointed with nice pans and utensils, spices and condiments. Loved the comfortable bed and air conditioning, made it a great place to rest up between adventures.

Why they chose this property

This condo features full sized appliances, gas stove, granite counters in the kitchen and a full-sized bathroom. A king size bed, couch that converts to queen size bed, 40-inch smart TV with cable, Wi-Fi, AC and assigned parking all included. The condo is fully furnished and stocked with everything you need for your vacation. You will truly not want for anything during your stay. The spectacular sunsets at the pool area will be unforgettable. And, since the pool is literally on the Pacific Ocean you may see dolphins playing, colorful fish, sea turtles, and when in season, humpback whales.

What makes this property unique

The location of this property is amazingly central on Alii Drive, close to downtown Kona and easy to get to! There are laundry facilities, bike rack, assigned parking, Wi-Fi, smart TV and cable. There is a bike share across the street and Green Flash Coffee right next door! The cabana and ocean side pool are just a moments' walk from your unit.
