The private dock and lake frontage is across the street from the front yard, in a quiet cove. Hutchins Lake is a 350-acre all sports lake, with wake times limited to 11:00am to 7:00pm daily, contributing to the relaxing environment and great fishing.

This home is located on a quiet, low key street with friendly neighbors and truly amazing sunrise views. Parking is limited to three vehicles tandem in the driveway and carport.

A short drive from the house are multiple wineries, highly rated restaurants, shopping, orchards and the charming towns of Fennville, Douglas, Saugatuck and South Haven.

After the reservation is confirmed by Vrbo, guest and host will execute a separate rental agreement. This is a standard contract required by my insurance company and should not contain any surprises.
