Ciellodonna is located in an exclusive neighborhood in a peaceful harbor side setting with lovely views that overlook Chocolate Hole Harbor. The house faces southeast and is blessed with sun the entire day, plus gentle cooling breezes and beautiful views of boats at rest on turquoise waters. A private path leads from the house to the water and you can walk along the shore for swimming and snorkeling at the small beach at the head of the harbor. It’s an easy 6-minute drive into Cruz Bay and about one mile to the spa, fitness facility, restaurants and beach at the Westin Resort.
Ciellodonna is a spacious and very comfortable 2-level home with 2400 sq/ft of interior space and another 3400 sq/ft of decks. Parking is on the upper level where you enter into the large great room, which contains the living, dining and kitchen areas, plus a half bath. Six sets of screened sliding glass doors open to the large upper deck which runs the full length of the house. The upper deck includes lovely views, a living/lounging area and a gazebo that provides shade for outdoor dining or relaxing. Two master bedrooms are located on the upper level and two more bedrooms are on the lower level, which is accessed by an exterior stairway. The bedroom loft is above the kitchen. The pool is on the lower deck, along with a large sun deck, a complete wet bar and another well furnished living and lounging area.
All four bedrooms are roomy master bedrooms with harbor views, a/c, tiled floors and quality furnishings. The upper west bedroom is the owner's bedroom with a 4-poster king bed and cable TV/DVD, while the upper east bedroom has a queen mahogany sleigh bed and cable TV/DVD. Like the lower bedrooms, the upper bedrooms are located on the ends of the house for excellent privacy. The lower right bedroom has a queen 4-poster mahogany bed and the lower left bedroom has a canopied king bed with a queen size sleep sofa for children. Two more kids can sleep in the loft bedroom on a full sized futon, and altogether Ciellodonna can sleep 12 people. All four master bedrooms open to a deck and all have beautiful tiled baths and showers.
The comfortable great room is defined by cathedral ceilings, Italian tiled floors, stone walls, big furniture and harbor views. There is a stereo and a cable color TV, plus high speed internet. The mahogany dining table seats 8-10 in the formal dining area while large exterior dining tables are located under the gazebo and on the lower deck.
The kitchen features tiled countertops, mahogany cabinets, a gas stove and oven, a dishwasher, microwave and all necessary cooking utensils and dinnerware. A washer/dryer is located off the kitchen and there's a gas barbecue on the deck.
