Professionally decorated and it shows!!! This upscale condo is located next to Pensacola Bay. It is a 3rd-floor Walk-Up, so the views are breathtaking! You’ll be greeted by the relaxing sound of the waves lapping the shore. Ocean breezes are said to erase stress. This condominium has fun décor and features a headboard made of reclaimed doors and wall art made from a vintage fence.

The two-bedroom, two-bath unit sleeps 6 people with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second room, and a queen bed in the fold-out sofa. Comfortable living room furniture makes this condo ideal for views from a variety of windows. Take in a view of the sailboats on the bay from the living room and the master bedroom.

It’s like a dream come true to walk down the stairs and put your toes in the white sugar sand. The inviting emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico is just a short walk away.

The location was great, the view from balcony was awesome. The place had some maintenance issues, and some overall TLC is needed. Disappointed for being there a week, there was not one amenity. I did know some of this however, it would have been helpful for beach chairs, towels etc. I read to bring our own all purpose cleaner, not sure why, we have a cleaning fee. Want us to wash linens, they leave no soap. I am not going out to buy everything for a week. The carpet needs some cleaning and furniture should be updated. It could be fantastic with a few changes.

Great little condo.
We had a great time in Pensacola. Staying in this condo was perfect. Great view of the bay and a short walk to the gulf side beach. There are little things that could be fixed( loose shower controls, and a little grout) but other than that it is a quaint little condo that feels like home.

Great stay!
Really enjoyed the stay here. End unit overlooking the Bay. 3rd floor walk up (no elevator) so just be aware. Easy check in and out, property management was easy to communicate with. Very clean, beds were comfortable, easy walk to beach. Would definitely rent again.
