Apartment on the 12th floor with sea view, 2 bedrooms, 1 suite, living room for 2 rooms, American kitchen, large laundry room with washing machine, large terrace with electric barbecue (for meat and pizza), 1 parking space, 42 '' LED TV in living room, ceiling fan in all environments, microwave, electric oven, fridge with freezer, Wifi and cable TV, pillow, household items and much more. Very well located in the neighborhood of Boqueirão, beautiful view to the sea !!!
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Visitors are not allowed, will only enter the condominium those hosted and defined in contract.
- The condominium requires a medical certificate of swimming pool use for each person (valid for less than 30 days).
- Residential building with initial check-in from 9:00 am until 17:00 weekdays and Saturday until 11:00 pm, outside this time the initial entry is not allowed.
- Residential building, hotel services are not provided.
- Bed, table, bath and toiletries will not be provided.

Apartamento com apresentacao perfeita, arejado, limpo, organização, tudo funcionando, com uma varanda e sala de tirar o folego e descansar, nos quartos os colchoes limpos sem cheiro. A praia otima, agitada... adoramos. Perto do apto encontra-se tudo com prrco justo inclusive supermercado 24h, feirinha da Guilhermina da para ir caminhando sem canseira. Tudo muito bom voltaremos com certeza!
