McDonalds, Caribou Coffee,Toppers Pizza, Jersey Subs, Fresh Thyme,KFC, The Canadian Honker 1 block away.

The home is a duplex. The main level is St. Augustine Cottage, the upper level is St. Augustine Flat. The only shared space is the side entry way.

The home features a remodeled kitchen and bath, all hardwood floors, Fast Wifi, smart tv, and fully stocked kitchen.

**Likely helicopter traffic/noise to St. Marys. Potential noise from upstairs guest walking, showering, moving in and out. Quiet hours 8pm-8am

Glad I didn’t get a hotel!
The location was so easy to walk to St. Mary’s campus, even in snow. The house was very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Can't get any closer to Mayo's St. Mary's Hospital!
Stayed here for 2 weeks while husband had surgery & spent about a week while recovering here. The home (downstairs apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living rooms, 1 bath tub with shower head that could probably be used as hand held though we didn't need to do that. Laundry was great to have in the basement. It took a while to navigate the Samsung TV but we streamed most of the time without problem. Great communication with manager who was very responsive to our needs. The garage came in handy during a couple snowfalls and the security of this home is excellent. If you have a patient at St. Mary's, you couldn't get much closer! But distance to Mayo Clinic is an easy drive!

Surgery Stay
I was supposed to be there the day after my surgery but was not released that day. Thus, my time there was to sleep the night before. Denise is very responsive and the home is just as it was described, however I barely remember being there so my review is sparse. I’d use this property again for sure.
