The Mason House has three units.

This is Unit C, the upper right, it's on the second floor with a side entrance and it's own driveway for 3+ vehicles. It has a bedroom with a queen and a pyramid bunk and a bedroom with a queen. There is a bathroom with tub-shower and a bathroom with a stall shower. There is a living room kitchen combo at the rear of the unit. The living room has a futon, couch & recliner, a large flat screen TV, WIFI, VCR, DVD, TV's in both bedrooms. There is a round table that seats 4 and 2 extra folding chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, refrigerator with ice & water through the door, microhood, dishwasher, disposal, 2 coffee makers, coffee bean grinder, crock pot, 4 slice toaster and all the dishes, silverware & pots and pans you'll need. The shared rear patio has 2 gas grills & a charcoal grill. There's a stacked washer dryer and an outside ski locker for just this unit. The entire apartment was gutted and renovated in 2005, with an old wide pine floor in the kitchen & living room, berber carpet in bedrooms and hall and stunning ceramic tile floors in both bathrooms. C has been a very popular rental for years and has had very good reviews in my other VRBO listing #284753

Great weekend getaway
The space was more than I could have asked for. You could tell the owners take a lot of pride in their property. It was clean and well maintained. We loved our stay and have said when we book for next year we want the same place.

Very Nice Facility
Our first VROB experience. The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. TV, AC and WIFI were nice pluses. Convenient location to downtown and just a few blocks walk to shopping & dining. Suggestion to other potential visitors - we’re seniors and were “advised “ by the owner that our rental (Unit “C”) was upstairs and offered to see about trading the upstairs for a downstairs unit. We were fine with the upstairs arrangement but do advise anyone with trouble climbing steep stairs should consider the downstairs unit as the first step is a real lulu! (And the rest are pretty steep). Overall a very positive experience and we will come here again and recommend it to others visiting Ellicottville.

Great Labor Day Getaway
Very clean, uncluttered property 3 minute walk into town! Beautiful backyard (loved watching all of the different birds enjoying the feeders). Plenty of room for our family with 2 updated full bathrooms, comfortable mattresses, and amenities, like staying in a hotel but better. Thank you for a lovely stay!
