The Purple Juniper is an updated and inviting half-duplex four blocks to Main Ave. The home faces a sunny and quiet neighborhood street. It has an open floor plan with an updated bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom is fully tiled. The kitchen has granite countertops and is equipped with everything needed to make a multi-course meal or a simple smoothie.

The kitchen and living room are connected by a granite island with three seats. Additional dining seating in the Summer is a four-seat table on the front deck. The bedrooms have a queen bed in one room and two twins in the second room. All beds are solid, plush, and comfortable. Evaporative cooling in the Summer additionally provides for restful nights.

The adjacent duplex unit's primary access and activity is to the back of the house with the vacation rental having dedicated use of the front deck and grill.

When you arrive, you will have a combination to enter the home. I am readily available to help as much as needed or leave you in privacy per your preference. You can settle in by having a cool drink on the front deck or walking a few blocks to Main Avenue to relax at one of the coffee shops or brewpubs.

In addition to downtown and Main Avenue, hiking and biking trails are also within a few blocks of the home.

Minimum of 5-night rentals may be made at anytime. Two-night rentals are available within 30 days of check-in. Festival weekends may be booked with a minimum 3-night stay or a small increase in nightly rate.

Payment is typically made in full at the time of booking for simplicity, but may be split into two with the second half due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy is the same regardless of payment schedule, with 75% of the total rental cost refundable when 30 days or more notice is provided. Within 30 days of check-in, no refunds are given. As booking a vacation home is unique from standard hotel lodging with respect to cancellation, trip insurance may be a good investment to cover unforeseen circumstances.
