At the peak of the mountain, with the best views in Payson and a full private guest house. Your well behaved dogs are invited too. The amenities include a small gym and a sauna. You have full access to the house and the entire 1 acre property. You are at the top of the mountain with a 360 degree view for miles. Like the Kachinas, we are perched atop one of Payson’s highest points. We are on a private neighborhood road, with a small section of the road that is unpaved on the drive up. Quiet and secluded with a wonderful view of Payson and the surrounding town and mountains.

The property is clean, stocked with everything we need, WiFi, but most of all, the host is great about communicating. There was no guess work for anything. The view was beautiful, and we would definitely come back here.
Nice secluded location. Seen pack of coyotes on first morning. House is a nice multi-level place. Plenty of stairs for exercise. Only issue we had is we couldn’t get Kuerig coffee machine to work properly. Having a grill on the deck with a view is really nice.
We were looking for a place away from town to get a great chance to connect with nature. This place is the last house at the top of a hill, which meant there was no one else nearby.
The views from inside and outside were amazing. There are areas nearby to explore.
The house had all the basic needs covered. They go above and beyond with the huge TV and the small fenced in area for my dog to use.
Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen has older equipment, but all in working condition.
We did not utilize the Sauna Room. I would have, but there were no instructions, and I did not want to mess with it.
We will be back again.
This place was awesome to stay at. 2 young boys enjoyed the view and area surrounding. Very close to town and will definitely be booking in the future!
My wife and I have stayed here many times, and we always enjoy the quiet and the privacy. The views are exceptional and we enjoy hiking up the hill next to the property. Hope to come again.
