You absolutely cannot beat the location! Literally a one minute walk to QuickSilver lift across the street at base of Peak 9 (Maggie Pond) and steps to Main Street, Historic Downtown Breckenridge! Far, Far better than ski in/ski out. You absolutely do not have to get into your vehicle once you arrive - walk to lift, restaurants, bars/Pubs, clubs, shops, etc.!

The complex has common/shared Hot-Tub Jacuzzi, Laundry Facilities, Free Heated Garage Parking. It is not only steps to all restaurants, shops, pubs, etc., but is also steps to the lift, which is right across the street, less than a minute walk!. There are also two equipment rental shops ground floor. They provide skis and board rentals in winter and bicycle rentals in summer. This VRBO is perfectly located to enjoy the slopes and the town of Breck. It was amazing to have access to the parking garage through the afternoon on our day of checkout. Perfect for 2-3 people. Note that there is no ski locker - we kept our skis in the car. The kitchen is perfect for breakfast or heating up a quick meal but not equipped for much beyond the basics. That's ok - there are so many restaurants in easy walking distance. Loved this place and will be back!

Nice!
Great place to stay with easy access to Main Street right around the corner. Short walk to all restaurants and shops, we never got back into our car after parking it in the garage the day we arrived. It is a full 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver chair but that didn’t bother us. When we arrived we noticed the first morning that we were a little short on toilet paper and dish/hand soap so I emailed Jeff that morning and we were restocked before we came back for lunch that day. The communication was great. The hot tub is right out the door of the condo in the courtyard, so convenient and no cold walks back to the room. We would 100% book with Jeff again.
