This is a new modern loft townhouse located in the heart of downtown Chattanooga. This great location has the quiet appeal along with the convenience of being in the thick of all that Chattanooga has to offer. You will feel the peaceful restful vibe of this home as well as the ease and excitement of being in Chattanooga’s active downtown. You can walk out the door to great restaurants, cafes and the abundant galleries are all located within a few blocks. There is even a winery walking distance from the property. This area is known as an art district and the streets are filled with sculptures and creativity. It is also within just a few blocks to the free electric shuttle. You have the ability to go anywhere in minutes. You can be at the Aquarium, the Hunter Museum, the Walnut Street Bridge, and any of the downtown attractions within minutes and never deal with parking if you desire. You have the choice of walking, riding the free shuttle or even use the bikes within a block to ride all over downtown with the share bikes provided here in Chattanooga. There are kiosks all over that allow you park and enjoy and then get back on and go to your next location! You will enjoy the Southside district but also savor the peaceful tree lined streets that make up this diverse and happening part of Chattanooga.

It has two beautiful bedrooms with a large open shared bath. There is also a large half bath on the main floor near another sleep area. The bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with luxurious linens. The downstairs has a great open floor plan with modern kitchen and dining area. This area can also accommodate two others with additional daybed and twin air mattress. One of the best features of the loft is the outdoor rooftop deck that has views of Lookout Mountain as well as Warehouse Row. Sit outside and relax while enjoying a beverage in the midst of the city. The loft also has a garage to use during the stay.

The homes location allows minutes access for business travelers or visitors to any of the local businesses, UTC, restaurants, hospitals, and preparatory schools. For the cost of any local downtown hotel you have the comfort and privacy of this 1500 Sq. Ft. home. You can enjoy all of the downtown and riverfront sites and activities. You may enter with the ease of a lock box and never wait in a line. This home has such a great location that is in the midst of the best in Chattanooga, but this area is nice calm street that feels like home. The roof deck is a great addition also. It is a great place to have a drink and relax.

What makes this townhome unique

I love the open floor plan with the urban feel that the townhouse offers, but at the same time the home is has a luxurious comfort of great furnishings, artwork, and design.

Comfortable place, great location, love Chattanooga!

Great location and beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is well maintained and very inviting. Enjoyed having a garage for our car. We walked to the Chattanooga Choo Choo hotel and caught the free shuttle downtown as well as drove and parked for $5. The beds were comfy and everything we needed was provided. jo Beth is a thoughtful hostess and even left us homemade brownies that were yummy. We would definitely choose to stay again in this property when visiting Chattanooga.

Clean, centrally located, good neighborhood

Property was exactly as advertised, very clean and well furnished. Neighborhood is located less than 15 minutes from everything- and several local spots are walking distance. Easy access and garage parking is an excellent perk. Fully stocked kitchen, bath & bedding was perfect. A great place for a family to enjoy everything Chattanooga has to offer.
