Great Owner/Horrible Experience
Let me start by stating that Anthony is amazing and this is no reflection on him or his overall effort. During my stay my car was broken into and my other car was stolen. The entire section where the apartment is was ravished. Windows were broken out and the police shared they believe it was done with the assistance of a resident. The aggravating factor is that the signs throughout the complex cite that the complex is under 24 hour surveillance. The police and neighbors confirmed this isn't true. What camera was there was disabled and only trained on the dumpster. The downstairs neighbor constantly overstepped. As soon as I moved in, he made it known that the previous tenant "took his shoes off at the door" so as not to disturb him, yet he could be heard constantly from downstairs. He rang the doorbell often and during hours I had shared I would be working. He inquired about who would be staying there. Anytime he saw a car he didn't recognize parked in the disabled spot, he made it his business to check and see if it was mine or someone I knew. He condo itself is well furnished, with most amenities. The people that Anthony hired to clean were not thorough at all. I recleaned when I arrived and had to buy shower curtain liners and re-wash dishes. This stay was regretful and sadly it had nothing to do with Anthony as an owner. He was kind, courteous, professional and responsive. I hate having to share this, but for the safety of other renters, please lock your car(s), remove all personal belongings and enable tracking. This complex is not being monitored and this was not an isolated incident according to authorities.
