Very rare privacy and views. 3 bedroom 2 bath home plus office/den with sofa sleeper, 2000 square feet, single level with double garage. Located on a lake on the Estrella Mountain Ranch golf course. Incredible lake, golf course, and Estrella Mountain views. Completely and beautifully furnished and equipped. Cable TV and wireless internet. Private pool and back yard. Large outdoor living area is spectacular with grill and grilling area, large pool deck, shaded patio, and nicely furnished.

The home is well furnished and equipped and very well kept. It is nicely laid out, single level, with separation between spacious master suite and the guest wing.

Fifteen minutes to spring training baseball at Goodyear Ball park. Twenty minutes to Nascar racing at Phoenix International Raceway. Thirty minutes to University of Phoenix Stadium for football and hockey and more. Golf mecca with numerous beautiful courses within easy driving distance. The home course, Golf Club of Estrella is world class and affordable.

Estrella Mountain Ranch is a fabulous resort community with two clubhouse facilities, miles of hiking and biking trails, beautiful parks, breathtaking golf course, and many other amenities. It is a quiet and safe community. The home is in a gated community.

NOTE: Pool heating fee is optional and will not apply if guest chooses to not heat the pool. Also, the fee does not apply May through September.

Great place for a family gathering
The house was perfect for my husband and I and my 2 adult kids and their partners. Lots of room, a great hottub and pool. The backyard view was spectacular. You definitely need a car for this location.
