"Puget Sound Escape" is a charming, coastal farm house,  4 Bedroom/ 5 bed/ 2 Bath, is located across from Seattle in Port Orchard, overlooking Puget Sound with Sweeping Views of the sound, Seattle's City-Scape and snow-capped mountains beyond...  Soak in the views in the Outdoor Hot Tub and watch the ferries & boats go by... You might even catch the Christmas boat parade. 
Puget Sound Escape is a comfortable Get-Away across the Puget Sound from Seattle, on the Kitsap Peninsula in Port Orchard, bordering the quaint waterfront town of Manchester.  Decorated with a Pacific Northwest touch, this home features fireplaces, (with two in bedrooms), large entertainment deck with expansive views, fully stocked kitchenware, linens, electric blankets, Hot Tub, campfire area, gas and charcoal BBQs, and games. 
Just a short ferry crossing or bridge crossing to Seattle/Tacoma:  10 min to Southworth Ferry to downtown Seattle by fast foot ferry, or car ferry to Fauntleroy in West Seattle, or drive over the Tacoma Narrows bridge.
Walk to quaint Manchester with a public beach & boat launch; gaze at the spectacular view of Seattle from Pomeroy Park, grab a coffee & pastry at the local Manchester store & cafe, Manchester library with books for sale, (& often plants as well), or stop in at the Manchester pub for great pizzas, ales, & friendly folks!

AMENITIES:  Amenities include zero gravity lounge chairs on deck, beach mats & beach towels for use, Spa Robes, Campfire Jackets, Espresso machine, outdoor dining/seating, gas & charcoal BBQs, patio, campfire/ fire pit area , camp chairs, roasting sticks, & a cooler stand for your ice and beverages.  An old fashioned, automatic ice-cream maker is fun for the family, snow cone machine, and Popcorn Air Popper.  Indoor/ Outdoor games include Jenga blocks & glow in dark Bean Bag toss, and additional card and board games.
LOCATION: 4 blocks from Manchester beach park & boat launch, Pomeroy Park, 1.5 miles from Manchester State Park. 10 min drive to Southworth ferry.

House is set up to offer guests 4 bedrooms, every bedroom has a Roku TV for streaming favorite channels. 2 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bedrooms downstairs, 1 additional queen bed in the rec room area, 2  bathrooms, 2 living rooms up & down, with a 65" Big Screen TV for enjoying movie nights!

HOME POLICY:
As with a hotel, Puget Sound Escape stays require a copy of your Drivers License prior to Check In and prior to issuing your Access Details.
Outdoor Hot Tub for Adult use 18 yrs of age and older, Or conditionally, with Adult Supervision at All times 8 years and up.
For Safety, this home allows Children of minimum age between 4-5 and over; ( you decide.)  Infants ok, just not suitable for toddlers due to stairs.
 Guest Etiquette, Not allowed: ink wells, markers, paints, and crayons inside the house.

PET: One small dog under 20 pounds, (or on a case by case basis), is allowed with $100 Pet fee total, and must be included at time of booking. (Please email with request for larger dog and breed.)  Please Note:  Pet may Not be left unattended in the home.  
Property Rental is for the Main house as shown, excludes separate guest house reserved for owner.
CHECK IN & ACCESS:
Access code will be provided the day before check in, via email and additionally by text. This is generated before 5pm the day before check in after receipt of Driver's License.

Driving & Parking:
Drive down the curved driveway to the Main house. Park in front of garage by the house, additional parking along the fence for total of 2-4 vehicles, & Room for a boat. (If bringing a boat, please include in your reservation inquiry).
