I rent three bedroom apartment on the beach of Itapoa well located near bakeries, pharmacies, loterica house, restaurants, snack bars, supermarket and shopping. Several leisure options nearby. Garage for two cars. Next to the Convent of Penha and Moreno do Moreno (five minutes by car). Next to the coast beach and Itaparica beach (five minutes walk). We offer wifi.

Imóvel confortável, com tudo exatamente igual a descrição. Tudo muito arejado, organizado, e muito limpo, com destaque pra localização, próximo de tudo. ! Principalmente da praia . Que é uma das melhores da região. O apartamento fica a aproximadamente 10 passos da praia de itapoa.

O apartamento tem um tamanho excelente, é bem antigo, é limpo, porém não tem segurança nenhuma! Os próprios moradores orientaram várias vezes que as portas tem que ficar trancadas o tempo todo, se não o apartamento pode ser invadido! No anuncio não há fotos da entrada do apartamento, que é horrível! No dia que chegamos não tinha água o suficiente, pois o hidrometro tinha sido roubado! Decidimos não ficar no apartamento! Não nos sentimos seguros, e não queríamos dor de cabeça, acabamos pagando um hotel para ter segurança e conforto! O barato saiu muito caro, pois não possui reembolso! A senhora Therezinha é muito atenciosa, mas infelizmente o lugar não é nenhum pouco atrativo e seguro, e não é porque o apartamento é antigo, mas o prédio é muito mal cuidado!
