Easy access to Highway 95, and I- 215 make it easy to get to shopping, restaurants, outlet malls, casinos (including the Red Rock, Suncoast, Rampart, golf, Museums, arts, Mt Charleston, and Hiking at Red Rock Park, and more.
This updated ranch/Rambler style single level home features light-colored hardwood (laminate) floors, designer colors, casual and formal dining areas, patio. The Large Living Room features a 40' Samsung HD flat screen TV, Blue Ray Player, and vaulted ceilings. Also includes Hi Speed (20MB) cable internet, WiFi router, Tons of TV channels and HBO. There is a desk/office area with Scanner fax copier printer for your convenience, and off street parking for three cars, two spacious bedrooms, oversized Master with Bay Window, two nice Bathrooms, two 'newer' quality queen size beds, and a convenient floor plan where the Master faces the backyard and the guest room faces the front yard. Master also has a HD Flat screen TV, and small step in shower in Master Bath.
Bedding, towels, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. are all included. Personal/Staging Items in the Photos have been removed.
For the comfort of all our guests, this is a non-smoking property. This Home also has no step wheelchair access.
Includes Roving Security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This property is one of the best values for any group of 4 or less, who want to enjoy the Las Vegas area with all the benefits of a quality community yet close enough to get to any part of town with minimal time and traffic. We are family friendly. Pets(s) are negotiable on longer stays.
Safe, Clean and quiet, easy walking neighborhood, with many green belts and parks. Roving Security 24/7.
Home was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Owner was very professional and easy to work with. Property is in Sun City (a Las Vegas over 55 community). Area was quiet with easy access to Summerlin and Red Rock Canyon. We would recommend this property for anyone looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of "The Strip."

Excellent property for enjoying Las Vegas. Owner was easy to work with and had the house stocked with plenty of supplies. Community was safe, affordable, well-maintained and very livable. This property is a good rental value and we would do it again. We were in this house for almost 3 months.
We stayed for 2 weeks, rented a golf cart from Golf Cars and had a fantastic time exploring Sun City and all it's amenities. The house was beautiful and Jeff was very accommodating. A perfect vacation all around!
We stayed for 2 weeks along with our 2 small dogs. The home was everything we needed and well taken care of. The yard is fully fenced so our dogs were able to be off leash. The owner Jeff was wonderful to work with and responded very quickly to questions and provided great check in and check out instructions. The location is to get to and there is easy access to stores, restaurants, casinos, etc. We will definitely look at renting here again!
Stayed here for 2+ months. Excellent, safe, and laid back community. The home is well taken care of and stocked with everything that you need and more for an extended stay. Absolutely prompt and courteous communication with Jeff the owner. Close to shopping, grocery, restaurants and Downtown Summerlin. Summerlin casinos and resorts are 10 minutes or less from this property. Jeff made the check in and check out experience easy as could be. Don't hesitate on this one! You won't regret it!
