This amazing fully remodeled 1890 Bungalow features a commercial kitchen with custom cabinets and quartz countertops, 2 master suites each with it's own master bathroom along with an additional 1/2 bath. The house has upgraded central heat and air conditioning along with a washer and dryer. There was no expense spared when this high end vacation rental was completed. The 12 foot ceilings combined with the 15 inches of crown molding finish this historic home nicely. This charming Bungalow is within walking distance to the Sonoma Plaza (3 blocks), the house also comes with 4 bikes for your enjoyment to pedal to the nearby wineries or other site seeing around Sonoma. The front covered porch is an excellent spot to relax in the rocking chairs. The well landscaped rear patio has a gas BBQ, patio dining along with a very private Hot Tub. PLEASE NOTE: Due to Sonoma City Ordinance, the Hot Tub and rear patio is not available for use after 10 pm.

Beautiful property in the perfect Sonoma location

What a wonderful bungalow in a perfect location to experience Sonoma and the surrounding area! This is perfectly charming home with everything we needed. The details inside and out are top notch. The obvious updates made to the property kept the historic look and feel from the wood floors to the detailed molding and the updated kitchen and bathrooms. The four of us felt right at home and did not lack for anything. We walked just a couple of blocks to the Sonoma Plaza for dinner and drinks and even to the grocery store.

Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. But when (not if) we return to Sonoma. we will certainly hope that 853 Broadway will be available for our stay.

Better than pictures

We enjoyed this home very much. For once the home was even better than the pictures. It is an older home, that has been redone. Clearly the owners spared no expense. Beautiful bathrooms, kitchen, even the backyard is landscaped nicely. Close to the square. My only problem is the damage deposit is large and they make you pay it up front (which for me was several weeks), and you are not returned the deposit until 2 weeks after your stay.

This is the perfect home to stay at while in Sonoma. It is evident that the owners take all steps to ensure that their guests are comfortable. We felt at home immediately upon entering the home. The location was perfect for being able to walk and enjoy downtown Sonoma, and is very centrally located to several of the wineries and other towns we visited during our stay. We had a great time. Thank-you for opening this home to us.

Wonderful home with everything you need!

The owners of this bungalow have done a fantastic job decorating this home - you will find just about everything you need during your stay has been made available! The home itself is two bedroom (with the most comfortable beds), 2.5 bath and perfect for small groups traveling together, either 4 friends or 2 couples. We had two couples in our group and found the house spacious and welcoming.

The location is a 5-10 minute walk to the main plaza of Sonoma but the owners also provide bicycles and helmets should you choose to go for a bike ride. If you question the fact it is on a main road in town, don't! The road has more foot traffic than cars and it is quiet inside the house and in the back yard. This house is charming, decorated to a tee, and offers all of the modern conveniences you may need.

Thank you Mike and Valerie for putting so much sweat equity into maintaining this can tell it's done with love! We can't wait to return!
