A casa do Sr. Gilvan atendeu bem as nossas expectativas. Tudo que foi combinado foi atendido, a casa é bem arejada, bastante espaçosa e fica perto da praia. O cazeiro o Sr. Cícero é bastante prestativo e se pois a disposição! Eu recomendo.

PÉSSIMA ACOMODAÇÃO E PÉSSIMA HIGIENE
Passamos o período de 29/12/2020 a 03/01/2021. Resolvemos alugar a casa pelo bom espaço, comodidade e estrutura que ela parecia oferecer, diante das fotos que são disponibilizadas. A verdade, porém, é que ficamos espantados e frustrados ao nos depararmos com os cômodos e itens. No geral, a casa oferece um bom espaço e uma boa distribuição, é verdade. No entanto, o seu estado denuncia falta de zelo, manutenção e HIGIENE. Fomos recebidos com um aroma bastante desagradável de mofo com naftalina e com bastante poeira/sujeira sobre os moveis - inclusive restos de comida sobre a mesa principal de madeira que fica na varanda . Também nos causou espanto a situação dos móveis que compunham a casa. Destacamos a falta de acomodação dos quartos, que não tinham armários ou guarda-roupas. Algumas camas deploráveis, realmente inutilizáveis (tanto que o proprietário substituiu duas delas durante a hospedagem). Aliás, importante destacarmos que uma estava com os pés quebrados, fazendo com que um dos hóspedes tivesse que dormir no chão antes da substituição. A cozinha contava com uma geladeira que simplesmente não cumpria com a sua função básica: gelar. Vários alimentos não suportaram a temperatura elevada e se estragaram. Além disso, não conseguimos tomar NENHUMA bebida gelada. As redes e os sofás tiveram que ser colocados fora da casa, devido ao cheiro forte de mofo e, inclusive, a causar alergia em alguns dos hóspedes. Os banheiros não possuíam chuveiro elétrico, tinham lixeiras enferrujadas e falta de azulejo em algumas partes. Também não tivemos acesso ao terceiro banheiro anunciado. Por último, devemos alertar que o telhado da casa necessita URGENTEMENTE de manutenção. Algumas telhas estão quebradas e oferecem risco alarmante de acidente, o que causa temor ao transitar em certas partes do imóvel. De resto, a casa possui um bom espaço, que, com as devidas e urgentes reformas e ajustes, pode ser melhorado. Por todas essas irregularidades, ficamos decepcionados e descontentes, pois, pelo preço pago, é um absurdo experimentar tantas falhas, ainda mais considerando que dentre os hóspedes tinham crianças e idosos, que demandam maior conforto, segurança e higiene. TEMOS DIVERSAS FOTOS PARA PROVAR TODO O ALEGADO. GOSTARÍAMOS DE SABER COMO ENVIÁ-LAS (INCLUSIVE PARA ALERTARMOS SOBRE O PÉSSIMO E PERIGOSO ESTADO DO TELHADO. PORTANTO, É URGENTE A REFORMA DO TELHADO. O ALERTA ESTÁ FEITO. Por tudo isso, não voltaremos.
