Hello travelers! My name is Ruel and I live in sunny southern California. I am the owner of this awesome condo which is my personal place to stay when I am in Boracay. Now, I get to share this gem of a location with you. The amazing Carol Shaw is my property manager and is based in Boracay. She will be the contact person and will welcome you upon your arrival. Carol has extensive knowledge of Boracay, having a built her career on real estate and being a local resident.

I love the outdoors, be it hiking or mountain biking. My favorite travel destination are any island resorts around world, like the Bahamas, Dubrovnik, and of course Boracay, to name a few. My favorite books are The Surrender Experiment and The Five Second Rule.

We are looking forward for your stay. I can assure you that you will an experience of a lifetime that you will forever cherish, not only because of the island's beauty but also with the residence you have chosen.

The creed I follow is from the famous quote from the actor Al Pacino "You're only as good as the chances you take".

Why they chose this property

This is a brand new condominium sitting on a land that belonged to my family. I have been to this same area many years ago before it was developed. Even though there are buildings here now, it has still retained the beauty of this island. This is the best place to stay in Boracay where you will still feel that it is paradise. You will have access to the private beach. The water sports and night life part of the island is short commute away.

What makes this property unique

To be honest, this is one of the best places to stay in Boracay. Period. You will feel the true meaning of paradise here and you will indeed feel that is your island getaway. You will have access to a private beach where the you will experience what Boracay beaches are known for - clear, turquoise warm waters in very calm seas. I am sure you that your stay here will be one of those lifetime memories you will forever cherish.
