The home is centrally located in Green Valley and is close to restaurants and other local businesses. There is a farmers market held weekly in the nearby mall that is within walking distance or a short drive from the residence. The floor plan is a traditional living room with an adjacent combined dining area and Arizona room. The larger bedroom has a king type bed that can be split into two twin beds upon request while the second bedroom has a pair of twin beds. The property has an enclosed backyard that is shaded by a large tree with a view to the south.

Amenities include a flat screen TV in the living room , internet service, electric flat top stove, full kitchen utensils, pots and pans, slow cooker, washer and drier, iron and ironing board and a gas outdoor grill.
