'Jus Chillin' is perfectly named for a truly relaxing, luxury Caribbean holiday. You'll enjoy beautifully furnished spacious rooms with exceptionally comfortable huge beds, luxurious white cotton linen and soft towels and marble bathrooms. The master bedroom suite enjoys a sea view from the balcony, has double vanity bowls and a dressing area plus a separate bath and shower. Three of the bedrooms have rocking chairs on lovely balconies. Every effort has been made to make your stay enjoyable from pure comfort of furnishings through to the technology of WiFi, iPod docking station, TV and DVD player. Our housekeeper regularly changes linen and keeps the high standard of cleanliness in the property. A cook can be arranged via our house manager who is also on hand to help you with any questions you may have during your stay. 'Jus Chillin' has a large free form pool with waterfall directly outside the back door of the property with plenty of sun loungers, parasols, chairs and tables. The property is on a small gated, beautifully landscaped development with 24 hr security with two more pools and is just a 1 minute walk to Mullins Beach. Once on the beach you will enjoy the exclusive Royal Westmoreland private beach membership which includes towels, sunbeds and parasols, waiter service for drinks and food and access to the members decking area with washroom facilities. Various watersports are available on the beach including jet skiing, sailing, speed boat trips, turtle trips, banana boat and rings as well as scuba diving, snorkeling and surfing.

We had a fantastic time at Jus Chillin. The home was perfect for four couples and the house manager, Charlie, was so very kind and responsive. Mareta, the housekeeper was so very thorough and respectful. We would highly recommend Barbados and Jus Chillin for a lovely holiday/vacation.

Lovely villa, great location
We had a wonderful stay at Jus Chillin! The property was exactly as pictured on the website and we had easy access to the large pool behind the house. Our boys went in every night and had the whole pool to themselves. The gated community was lovely and it was a quick stroll to the beach across the street and two tasty (but expensive) restaurants. We had trouble with the downstairs air conditioning unit but the House manager (Charles) was very responsive and sent someone out right away to take care of it. The housekeeper (Marita) was very nice and the cook (Melissa) was excellent (we arranged for her to come 5 nights out of our 9.) The chef is an extra charge and you pay her directly. The housekeeper was included in our stay and could come as often or as little as we liked (Charles will ask you how often you want a housekeeper when he meets you at the property on your first day). The kitchen is amazing, with enough dishes, pots and serving ware for eight people, including cloth napkins and placemats. The oven was awaiting a part for repair, but they provided a cooktop Ninja Foodie-type thing that sufficed (even for the chef) so it really wasn’t a problem. I would highly recommend this property!

Barbados paradise for our family.
We as a family throughly enjoyed our vacation with Jus Chillin. The housekeeper, Mareta, cleaned out house 6 days of our week. She is quiet and stayed out of our hectic way with 3 babies. Charlie the manager welcomed us when we arrived and let us know that we could contact him any time. The house has 4 large bedroom en suites. The large patio leads to the door to a large pool and waterfall. During our time, the pool had only one other couple that joined us. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots and pans and silverware. There is an outside table that is perfect for family meals on the patio along with chairs to relax. Overall, we were throughly inpressed and would love to return.

Fun and relaxing family vacation!
My husband, 3 children and my parents stayed at Jus Chillin' for a week and we wish we had booked for at least 2. We had such an amazing time! It was my first time in Barbados so I wasn't sure what would be a good location for us. My in-laws travel to Barbados often and gave us some ideas of areas they like so we chose Mullins based on reviews. It's a short drive to Holetown and is perfect because of the easy access to restaurants, beautiful beaches, grocery shopping and more. The property itself is comfortable and very well maintained. The pool just outside the back gate was a huge hit for my kids and the beach is literally across the street from the property. The Beach Club, which has been recently renovated, is operated by the Royal Westmoreland so you get the resort vibe, but with the privacy of staying at a residence in a gated community. Charles, the house manager, was awesome with his quick responses to any questions we had and arranged our pick up from the airport perfectly, even after a change with our arrival time. Marita, the housekeeper was so friendly and welcoming and kept the house beautifully. We would definitely return to Jus Chillin'.

Wonderful villa! Beautiful beach. One thing we didn’t enjoy was the beach closing so early and the staff pushing the chairs so close together. Overall a great vacation and would go back any time!!

Martin, Sarah and Jemma have owned 'Jus Chillin' since new having fallen in love with Barbados many many years ago. All year round sunshine was definitely the main attraction however we now love and appreciate the pace of life and the friendliness of the Bajan people. It has become home from home and we immediately relax on setting foot on the island. Just to walk along the beach on glorious sand with a beautiful blue sky and turquoise clear sea, with swaying palm trees is a breathtaking vision and one we try to picture when we're back home in the rainy North West of England. We want to share our lovely home with you and hope that you too fall in love with Barbados and enjoy 'Jus Chillin' as much as we do. We've superb staff and an excellent house manager to ensure you enjoy your stay and want to return year after year.

Why they chose this property

We loved Mullins Bay because of its location, directly opposite the famous Mullins Beach and sea, on the quieter west coast of Barbados. Mullins Bay is a small, quiet, fully gated and private development, set in beautifully landscaped gardens, with 24 hr security for total peace of mind. We enjoy being members of the Royal Westmoreland private beach club and restaurant where we enjoy sunbeds, sun umbrellas, towels and waiter service. It's convenient for shops, restaurants and fish markets. There are watersports, tennis, golf and horse riding nearby.

What makes this property unique

'Jus Chillin' is perfectly located on the beautiful, exclusive West coast, opposite the beach where we have private beach club membership. Just a short 5 min drive to Speightstown or 10 min drive to Holetown where there are world class restaurants, two cinema's and the new Lime Grove shopping Mall with numerous fashion, more restaurants and jewellery shops. Watersports are available on the beach including, jet skiing, banana boat rides, catamaran boat trips, glass bottomed trips out to see the turtles and ship wrecks, fishing trips and snorkeling. Golf is close at hand at Apes Hill, Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland.
We love the opportunity to nip back home for lunch straight off the beach too and then maybe just chill by the pool in the afternoon. It's a wonderful relaxing holiday or can be as active as you wish.
