The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
The requirement to pay the balance in cash became obvious once we arrived at this property. The place has no lounge seating so we were forced to sit on the bed. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. We had to serve a salad in a frying pan. There were no servers, no tongs, no corkscrew, and no sharp knives. Oddly there was no sink plug. Blown lightbulbs, no instructions for the TV, dangerous cords hanging down, floor tiles in the bathroom that were loose and caused me to injure my foot and no instructions for trash disposal or fire escape. The smoke alarm had been disabled. The sheets were stained and torn. Apart from replacing a lightbulb, my attempts to have some of these problems were ignored. I have never stayed in a property that doesn't provide even a small cake of soap! There was no dish sponge and one tea towel . For US$300/night, this property was terrible value and the managers couldn't give a toss. Why should they? They have your money! We had to tolerate this for 12 nights. Do not, under any circumstance stay at this 3rd floor 'walk-up' property. Or any other property managed by CityKit. They are sharks.
