ACTION NEEDED: Please send your "Booking" with -one- name (first & last) of the person who will be responsible for checking into your condo at the front desk as it appears on your/their ID. The front desk is required to view the ID at check-in and the name given by you must match the ID. I can accept a 1-night stay for a weekend night if the date is within 2 days. Otherwise, Friday or Saturday nights are a mandatory 2-night minimum stay meaning: Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday.

Three Bedroom: King in master, two full beds in second, king in third bedroom and sleeper sofa in living area. Condo has an electric fireplace. Maximum occupancy is 10.

The Resort maintains a high standard through its maintenance, upgrade, and refurbishment program. As a result the unit characteristics may change from time to time and vary.

When you check into the resort, the front desk will require a $100 security deposit hold against a credit/debit card in case any major damage should occur. The security deposit will be released back to you on the day of departure.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED! If you have a service animal, you must let us know in writing prior to booking.

Fredericksburg
Founded in 1846 by German immigrants, Fredericksburg has retained much of its German history, with many of the older buildings keeping their original German styles. The town boasts a rich history, - including Fort Martin Scott, Pioneer Museum Complex and the Lyndon B. Stonehenge II
Originally erected for fun by two locals residents, Stonehenge II is 90% as wide as the original and 60% high. It has recently been relocated to the grounds of the Hill Country Arts Foundation along with two 13-ft. tall Easter Island heads and is well worth a visit.
