The property is in a great location. It is 100 m from Rua Coberta, 150 m from Palácio dos Festivais and Igreja de S. Pedro, 500 m from the Bus Station and 600 m from the Mini Mundo. It is possible to get to know the whole city on foot, enjoying the tranquility and sophistication that surrounds this charming city.

Imóvel muito bom, bem localizado.
Confesso que não gosto de alugar apartamentos, pois o risco de alugar gato por lebre é grande. Nesse caso acertei. O apto é bem localizado, centro da cidade, super bem cuidado. Recomendo.

Super aconchegante o apto, mto bem conservado, nota 10 para limpeza, utensilios de cozinha, roupa de cama, td mto novo de excelente qualidade. Qto a localização nao tenho palavras, nao precisamos de carro para quase nd, bem no coração de Gramado. Voltariamos a nos hospedar no mesmo local sem a menor duvida.

Excelente localização, super confortável e um atendimento maravilhoso pelo proprietário, Sr. Sergio!
Viajei com minha família para Gramado e a experiência foi incrível. O Apartamento é muito bem localizado, ao lado da Rua coberta, e embora tenha estacionamento, quase não precisei utilizar o carro na cidade. O Apto e próximo de bares, restaurantes, farmácia, bares e o agito total da cidade. Muito confortável, excelente custo beneficio e com um atendimento todo especial do proprietário! O Sr. Sergio é muito gentil e me forneceu todas as dicas de lugares para conhecer em Gramado e região. Isso, com certeza, fez toda a diferença para eu voltar e querer me hospedar no mesmo lugar. O Apto. É muito limpo e exatamente como consta nas fotos. Super indico para todos que pretendem, assim como eu, conhecer o lugar e desfrutar do melhor conforto. Att., Thais
