Adorable 2 bedroom villa is affordably priced and located right in the heart of Forest Beach. Updated kitchen and bathrooms with new furniture and paint give this villa a fresh, bright feel. The master bedroom has a private bath with separate vanity and shower areas, a king bed and television. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, a television, plenty of closet space and a full bath. The living area has a new sleeper sofa, large television with DVD player.

We enjoyed our stay.
Very quiet condo complex. Close to beach. Condo was very clean. Room was a little dated but did the job. Plenty of parking.

Great Condo
The condo was very clean and kept up well. We had a great time. At one point our group was going to spilt up for the day so I called to ask for an extra key fob and was given one. The property manager was very helpful. In some other reviews I’ve seen that people said it wasn’t very close to the beach and that they had to walk a few blocks. I thought the same at first but on the third day realized there was a small trail leading to the beach right across the street from the condo. It’s small so easy to miss. It’s is still a short walk but not bad at all. I would absolutely stay again!

Family Get Together...life on the beach!
Everything was amazing. The beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, It was quiet, loved loved the beach beach being within walking distance. Family included my three sons, their wives, and 4 grandchildren. It is rare that we get to see each other more than once a year, this was magically!

Perfect
My 3 teenagers and I stayed 7 nights in June. It was perfect in every way! Great property, great location, great price, great rental process! Don't miss the path to the private neighborhood beach just across the street! (cross S Forest Beach Dr and look for the path beside the Hilton Head Beach Villas gate). Also, if you rent bikes from Island Life Bike Rental, you can pick them up in the parking lot next door (at the Grand Hilton Head Inn)!
