Lake Quinault lakefront
Wonderful long week-end at this beautiful lakefront home. So quiet and peaceful. Lovely to be out on/ in lake every day. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and labrador retriever. So comfortable and lots of amenities (particularly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the kayaks). Lovely home

A dream home!
Lovely stay for our family. Kids toys, kayaks, canoes were a bonus! Beautiful home and quiet location. We stay at around 9 Vrbo’s this year and this has been our favorite!

Lake Quinault Property
The location is lovely but the home and many kitchen items were not clean. Additionally, the well pump went out while we were there and the local well service person strongly advised that we not drink the water -- we had not been so advised by the owner or by any notification in the house. Kitchen should be organized and old, burnt pans discarded. The beach photo on the website shows plastic chairs for use at the beach -- there were none available.

Otter Cove Vacation
Our stay on lake quinalt was an amazing experience. The house was both cozy and beautifully decorated, and we spent many hours out on the lake kayaking and paddle boarding. The close access to Olympic NP, the HOH rainforest, and local trails was unbeatable (if you continue up north shore road to bunch fields you have the chance to see numerous elk and deer grazing at dusk). While there is no large supermarket nearby there is the north shore grocery store, which has a good assortment of food and supplies and five minutes from the house (it’s most limited items being fresh produce but there were still options). We had so much fun during our stay and we’re sad to have to go. We even got to see some otters in the lake in the morning!

Perfectly Perfect
My friends live in California, and we live in Kentucky, so we try to get together to go on an adventurous National Parks trip every couple of years. This year I am pregnant and my friend had a 9 month old, so we had to change things up and not camp. When looking for Olympic National Park stays, I found this house which was only slightly more expensive than staying in a tiny cabin at Kalaloch beach. We were beyond thrilled with our choice. It had everything we could need and more. I didn't even realize that there were kayaks we could use until we go there! We didn't see a single boat on the lake the whole time, except us when we went out in the kayaks! It was peaceful and spacious and comfortable. Could not recommend highly enough!!

When I was a teenager and when life was rough with the parents, I wanted to run away and live in a tree house: ( well being from Minnesota, I knew my chance of surveying the winter was not realistic.)
As an adult I moved to WA state and on my first visit to Lake Quinault, I knew I had found my home in the trees.

Why they chose this property

Beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful

What makes this property unique

I love the Hydrangea plants, the hot pink roses on the fence, and all the beautiful colors of green.
