Great location in Valle Dorado, right in front of Nuevo Vallarta. Inside a gated community, it has 3 bedrooms, A/C in all areas, WiFi, 4 TVs, Netflix and Sky (satellite T.V. with 79 channels including sports). Impecable restrooms and includes daily cleaning services from 3:30pm to 5:00pm!.

Now let me tell you why the house I'm offering is VERY popular: I include already in the price daily cleaning services. Meaning: there is this lady (Ms. Sandy) who can go every day for around 1:30 hours to:
a) Clean up all the 3 the rooms and the restrooms.
b) Change your linens and sheets.
c) Wash the dishes
d) Cleans the kitchen
e) Change fresh towels
f) Take out the trash
g) Laundry services

- If you need an invoice we can give it to you for all the nights reserved.
- Sanitized facilities. We include daily cleaning services during your stay.
- Security: Gated community, inside a secure complex of houses with controlled access.
- Services at the house: Internet WiFi, Netflix in all rooms. Also Sky (satellite T.V. with 79 channels including sports) and, A/C in all rooms and living room.
- Accesories: all you need in restrooms, kitchen

1. How far is the nearest beach?
R. Just 13 minutes away. The beach is called Club de Playa of Nuevo Vallarta. The house is right in the middle of the bay, so you will have access to the greatest beaches in the Banderas Bay: a) Mismaloya a 45min, Puerto Vallarta 30min, Bucerías a 15 min, Sayulita 35min, etc.
2. Is there a pool available in the facilities?
No. But this could be an advantage since this allows a very peaceful place with cero noises. There are beautiful gardens to rest in the facilities.
3. Public transportation is available at a walking distance from the house. Taxis and Bus Stops. Both very cheap.

I loved the set up at the this rental location it was very peaceful
Overall property was amazing very easy to get too and very safe I felt at home and enjoyed my stay I rested very well at this home enjoyed my vacation here with tranquility everything was walking distance for us grocery store , place to eat , taxi , bus etc.. I will be returning back at this lacation in my next trip thank you for amazing stay
