Perfect for our family of 5 doing the parks!
The Location is good. We like to Rope Drop the parks and we found the commute during the early morning time to be quite fast as it was only 15 min to Magic Kingdom and the same to Universal Resort Parking garage. It took a little longer to get back after park close but that's to be expected. The Condo was clean, and 4 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms fit our needs. The 2 rooms with King Beds have huge walk in closets. Each kid had their own bedroom upstairs and we were down. The beds are on the firm side and have plenty of extra pillows. We never ran out of hot water from all our showers. The Pool area is small but charming and clean. The Pool is clear, and the Hot Tub has strong jets. It is well lit, and we enjoyed our pool day. TIP: The Florida tap water is basically gross but the water and ice cubes in the fridge were filtered. So, use that instead of the sink. The Cons? We like to grill, but the association does not allow for personal grills. There is a Pavilion, but you must rent it. Not a deal breaker but I thought I'd let people know so they can plan for it. Also, the couch in the Living Room is a little hard, after a long day of commando touring in the parks, a softer seat would be welcomed. But all in all, it was a great stay, we were all satisfied and yes, we would rent here again!

Very nice property
We enjoyed our very busy stay here. We spent 3 days at the Disney parks and this property was very comfortable and relaxing to return to at the end of the day. It is decorated nicely and the master bed was extremely comfortable. There are several restaurants within a half of a mile and it only took 15-20 minutes to get to the parks - depending on the traffic. One caveat - WAZE told me enter the property from US Highway 192 but that road is blocked. The gate to enter the complex is off of Polynesian Isle Boulevard. This was a well equipped and comfortable home and we would stay there again.

The house was spacious and clean. With everything needed for our stay.
There are six in our family, the kids loved their bathrooms. I loved that we could separate after a long day. Hotels do not provide that!!! It was close to the outlets, the theme parks and several good restaurants.

The area and townhouse are lovely and very clean.
The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. Pleaseant trails to walk with gorgeous oak trees with silvery moss and plenty of shade.The 2 story townhouse was very clean and cozy. All 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms were roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. House was near Publix, CVS, restaurants and fabulous outlets. Unfortunately we have one compliant. The sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. We spent 8 days here and needed desperately a comfortable sofa. Would go back again “IF” they changed the sofa.
