1 bdrm + den on the 5th floor overlooking the small courtyard which is very quiet and peaceful. Lake across the street. Master bedroom has a queen bed, spacious living room, pull-out sofa.; a T.V. There is 1 full bathroom. Full kitchen, eating bar, dining table, laundry, and balcony with gas barbeque, underground parking. All utilities included... Don’t interrupt my vacay.
Before we arrived Anette said she had just put it up forsale. She asked if the realtor could show the place while we were staying there. I asked if she could show it after we left. We felt that it would interrupt our holiday. She said because she allowed my daughters little 7lb dog come for a few days we owed her a favor. I found her unpleasant to deal with. Also the bed is terrible. The couch is hard to sit on.

Great vacation
Property is very nice. The unit we stayed in was close to pool, parking garage, and front door. Once you leave the property is very close to beaches and boat ramp. Both of which we used while on our vacation . The other people vacationing were very helpful . Our owners were quick to answer any text we sent to them.

The property is super well situated, and the communication from the owners was clear and helpful. It was unfortunate that our room was not ready at the time of check-in; we arrived to find it was still being cleaned and wasn't ready until almost 5pm. While the condo is nice, the furniture leaves a lot to be desired - the sofa is incredibly uncomfortable, and the only place you can stream TV. The bed sags towards the middle, and does not make for a very comfortable night's sleep. I will also say that minor touches go a long way to making guests feel more comfortable. Although we were told (after booking) there were no beach towels or hair dryer provided, these items are inexpensive but would add to the experience - we spent $5 each on a beach towel and $10 on a hair dryer at Wal-Mart. It also would be helpful to have a full length mirror in the unit. Despite these inconveniences, we did enjoy our stay overall.
