Northwood’s Condos are located in a private gated complex featuring ski-in/ski-out access to Vail mountain. These condos are just off the Riva Bahn express chairlift. The Gold Peak children’s ski school is just a short 2 minute walk away. Featuring an outdoor heated pool (seasonally), hot tub, steam room, sauna, and a gym on site. All condos have free WIFI; free garage parking for one vehicle.

This four bedroom plus loft, four and one half bath suite features 2170 square feet of living space on two levels; one king bed; one king bed; three twin beds; two twin beds; two queen beds in loft; full kitchen; common area washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

We spent 8 nights at the house. With very nice rooms, and excellent space we had a great holidays skiing in Vail. Lee and team were very good, helping whenever we needed.

Disappointment in Vail
I have rented many condos in Vail and I have to say this condo was not representative of what was listed. It was a last minute choice as we normally stay in the Lionshead area but it claimed to be ski in/ski out so we tried this condo. This was NOT true, you could ski in from the mountain (of you don't miss the tunnel on the run) but couldn't ski out to the lift or Golden Peak rental area without climbing a large hill. It was better walking the 1/4 mile to the lift. Unfortunately there is nothing in Golden Peak, no shops, no restaurants, no markets. You must drive or bus for anything. It was a large condo with plenty of beds and rooms and although the kitchen was dated, it had plenty of pots, pans dishes, cups and glasses. There was not sufficient heat in the main room, we had to ask the reality company for a space heater which they brought. It does have a fireplace and plenty of wood which we used every day for additional heat!! The furniture in the main room was old, worn and dirty and the sofa and love seats were very low because the owner cut off all the legs and the cushions were VERY SOFT. There was a large table for eating and we usually sat on the high back chairs as we couldn't sit on the sofas and love seats. Most shower heads leaked to the ceilings and there wasn't enough soap and no shampoo or conditioner until we asked the reality company for some. The bedrooms had sufficient heat but there were stains on some of the comforters. My bedroom had 4 pillows but only one had a pillowcase! The rugs could use some cleaning and some of the walls had stains. I have stayed in dozens of condos in many ski resorts in Colorado, Utah, Tahoe, and Wyoming in the past 25 years that were priced below what we paid for this condo and have NEVER had to write a review like this. I have to say that this condo was most disappointing and cannot recommend.

good accommodations, plenty of room, we eat in for din and found kitchen to be very basic and appliances lacking. Gas grill 1/2 was broken. toaster 1/2 was broken. kitchen knives from the stone age (last time sharpened). Pots and pans really low quality. kitchen fan when off allows outside air into room making it pretty cold in the morning. Asked them to repair, but they did not do it. Ran out of trash bags and dish detergent, even though vail reality saya they'l charge you extra if the cleaning crew has to clean any dishes and take out any recycling and trash. No matches for the fireplace. Vail realty staff that manages the property not very responsive to requests. They appear to be not concerned about their quality and level of service
