This luxury waterfront rental offers 4000 sq. ft. of living space with 4 bedrooms, including 2 master suites each with 42" HDTVs, and 3 1/2 baths. The first floor features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops (foodies take note), a master bath with jacuzzi, a Great Room with gas fireplace opening to the deck and just steps away to the Potomac River and a private dock. The second provides 3 bedrooms, each with water view, a welcoming family room with 60" HDTV, and an additional deck. The third floor loft offers a queen bed, an additional sitting area for quiet conversation, and a gaming locale. The private pier is great for fishing, swimming or simply witnessing the breathtaking sunsets over a 6 mile wide stretch of the Potomac River. This modern property features gleaming hardwood floors throughout and enjoys the efficiency of a geothermal heating and cooling system. The expansive sunlit interior provides a quiet ambiance with dramatic views of the southern Potomac.

Coming together to celebrate a wedding.
Good friends coming together to celebrate our dear friend son’s wedding. The house was clean and accommodating, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The view was spectacular!!

Wonderful vacation week again

Magnificent
So elegant comfortable spacious & quiet. What a great place to escape and enjoy the water. We rented several houses for a family reunion. Each house hosted dinner one night. This house was by far the most convenient for cooking and serving a large meal. The dinner table easily seats 10 and can squeeze in 14 with a couple folding chairs. It’s a wonderful house and given the chance we would never leave.

A time to celebrate
This is our 3rd time renting this beautiful house. That should tell ya something . Meredith continuously reigns supreme as the hostess with the mostess. She’s attentive to the customers needs before they even step foot onto this property. Everything you will need is there and if not…..the family dollar is up the street and Walmart is across the bridge. We enjoy our trips to Walmart. We celebrated Sep birthdays, a farewell and attended a wedding in Swann Point. We enjoyed the pier. We purchased crabs from Captain Charles and they were delicious!!! We fished. We had a wonderful time. This house is like no other on the island. The architect of this house is brilliant. We LOVE THIS HOUSE!!

Why they chose this property

You are going to love Cobb Island, I often describe it as Mayberry on the water. A place where the schedule slows down, folks walk around and talk to neighbors, and most importantly it's a place to unwind and relax.

What makes this property unique

The dock and pier are best places to spend your time. The view is great. You can watch a sunset, throw a line in the water or simply read a book. Bird watching is also fun, Bald Eagles come by early in the year until they get chased off by the Osprey which are fun to watch on the hunt. Purple Marten birds can be found flying around all year.
