This fully remodeled unit includes one bedroom with Queen Sleep Number mattress (with remote to adjust the firmness on each side), one bathroom, washer/dryer, AC, heater, two 40-inch TVs, crazy-fast Internet, and ample parking! It is super clean, private, and roomy. Nicely equipped kitchen truly has EVERYTHING you will need.
For couples, solo, TDY, and business travelers. The living room couch is also a queen-sized bed, to accommodate up to two additional guests.

THE SPACE: Enjoy gathering in the living room to watch the 43-inch TV, or relax and watch the 40-inch TV in the master bedroom. Both sets have Apple TV, and streaming is great with the fastest Internet in town. This hotel-style accommodation includes everything you expect, and more that you don’t – from utilities, water, AC, heating, paper towels, napkins, TP, shampoo, and even fresh Starbucks coffee. Kitchen equipment includes cookware, appliances, and almost anything you can think of.
GUEST ACCESS: The whole house! It has its own parking, entrance, courtyard, and an amazing view. (You are assigned one Guest Parking Space; for more vehicles, we have ample street parking.)
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: We live next door and are always available to help.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Our neighborhood is in the quiet suburbs of East San Diego County, a single-family residential area called El Cajon. It is super safe; in fact, we don't even lock our cars at night. The property is generally sunnier than the coast, while still enjoying easy access to beaches, mountains & deserts. Nearby restaurants, malls, and grocery stores in Santee (7 minutes away). Beach access is only about 25 minutes, on the 52 or the 8.
DRIVING: We are just a quick 4 minutes from the I-52 and I-8 freeways, providing easy access to everywhere.
