Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable stay in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/2 bath ranch home property.  The main/master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the 2 remaining rooms are furnished with a queen and twin-sized bed (s), comfortable for sleeping 5 people.  The cozy living room is furnished with high end leather couch/chair/ottoman. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with frig/oven/microwave/dishwasher, and pantry with dishes etc..  Situated 3 short miles from Defiance/near the Katy Trail. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of biking or winery and later watch the sunset from park-like backyard. 
 
Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as hiking, biking, parks, flea markets, wineries, river excursions.

* Due to the frequency of questions about hosting an event (party, luncheon, etc.) please let me clarify and reinforce that this rental is for the use of the guests only. It is not a gathering place or meeting place or to be used as an event venue.

Fantastic property in great location!
My husband and I were visiting from California, attending a small wedding in Augusta. What a fantastic property!! The house is so comfortable, beautifully decorated, and immaculate. Truly one of the cleanest vacation rentals we've experienced. The host was delightful and so accommodating. It's very close to some very lovely wineries as well. And you're not far from some very good food if you don't want to take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen. We highly recommend this home.

Wonderful Get-Away
We had a lovely 4 night stay at this property. It exceeded my expectations. The house is decorated so nicely and beds are SO comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a family meal. We will definitely rent again!

Relaxing getaway
Relaxing getaway - clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. Patio is great for hanging out and grilling. Good location to get to all the amenities in the area. Owners were wonderful and made sure everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice get-away...highly recommend.
Very clean. Owner provided useful info. Outdoor area was relaxing. Close to hiking/walking areas. Easily accommodates 4 adults. Nice fire pit. Overall a great get-away.

We have lived in Defiance the last 26 years. Love it! We are 3 miles from our rental and have many friends and family close by.

Why they chose this property

Where you want to be to avoid rushing in and rushing out from your event in wine country. Much better than a hotel all the way up on the Interstate!

What makes this property unique

Quiet home, and backyard too, even though conveniently located right on Highway DD and close to Defiance and Katy Trail and multiple winery venues. Since home is located on the highway there is highway noise in front yard which for the most is really not bothersome.
