- $50/day per person over 4 guests (with owner's approval)
-No pets or smokers allowed.
-Arrival time is 4pm or later. Departure time is no later than 11am.

Fantastic Trip
First trip to Rocky Point. We had a great time. Kathy's place was great. Clean and well appointed. We especially liked the large porch/deck with nice chairs to enjoy the amazing sunsets. We went fishing and caught 30-40 rock bass and trigger fish. Found really good restaurants. Baracoa Oyster Farm had the best oysters. I would guess they were in the water a couple of hours before we ate them. Kassel Haus had an unbelievable breakfast. We enjoyed Rock Point so much that we are considering buying a condo there

Perfect!
We really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s condo in Rocky Point. The condo had everything we needed including an amazing view of the ocean. Kathy is a great host and has lots of really good information on local restaurants. I highly recommend this property if you’re traveling to Rocky Point!

Perfect Getaway in Puerto Penasco
Kathy is an excellent host - very responsive and helpful. The condo is in a great location at the Sonoran Sun resort with a breathtaking view. We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation with friends. The kitchen is well stocked and the linens are plentiful. Furniture and beds are comfortable. We will definitely be repeat guests.

This is a Tucson family owned and managed vacation rental. You'll find many unexpected extras in this condo as we use it as our family vacation home. If you read our reviews, you will see that, not only is the condo fabulous, but it's an easy booking process, there's easy access to the condo (key-less entry and no long-line "check-in" process), and, someone is always available to communicate with you once you get there (cell, text, email). We have our own private housekeeper and maintenance man. There's even a land-line phone in the kitchen with free calls to the states. We have Netflix on the flat screen and InTunes music channels too. Book online
